How Much Does Queen's Domain Cost?

The Queen's Domain price is $19.99 at regular U.S. pricing, with a 15% launch discount on Steam and Xbox. Choosing your platform matters: Xbox’s launch sale brings it down to $16.99, while Nintendo Switch 2 carries a $19.99 regular price. Check the purchase screen before paying so you know which promotion applies.

Steam$19.9915% off during launch week
Xbox Series X|S$19.99$16.99 with 15% off

The Steam promotion runs through launch week. Buy during that window to use the launch discount, or add the game to your wishlist if you would rather wait.

You can purchase the console versions through the Xbox store for Queen's Domain or the Nintendo Switch 2 store for Queen's Domain.

Regional Prices and the Soundtrack Bundle

The announced base prices are $19.99 in the United States, €19.49 in euros, and £15.99 in the United Kingdom. Other Steam regions use regional pricing based on the U.S. amount. Use your account’s local currency when comparing costs across platforms.

An Official Soundtrack is also available at launch, alongside a game-and-soundtrack bundle with additional savings. Choose the standalone game if you only want the adventure. Listen to the music in the demo before deciding whether to buy the bundle; its retro sound is a distinct part of the experience.

What Do You Get for Your Money?

Queen’s Domain launched on October 30, 2026. It is a single-player retro-fantasy action RPG about searching for your missing father on the Isle of Neasied, with an interconnected world built around hidden routes, dangerous ruins, and traversal upgrades.

Queen's Domain — What Do You Get for Your Money?

The adventure includes:

  • 50+ melee weapons to discover, equip, and upgrade.
  • 20+ types of secondary throwing weapons for different combat strategies.
  • Over 100 enemies, mini bosses, and bosses.
  • Character progression through XP, equipment, and foods that permanently improve stats.
  • The Holy Sword Endu, whose Wind Dash lets you cross gaps and reach new paths.

The developers put the adventure at 40+ hours for the vast majority of players. Exploration is a substantial part of that estimate: finding equipment, deciphering routes, and revisiting places with additional air dashes all take time.

The combat demands patience. Your Power Meter determines melee damage, so swinging repeatedly without letting it recover produces weak attacks. Expect a rhythm of striking, retreating, and using throwing weapons between melee openings.

Try the Free Steam Demo Before Buying

A free Queen's Domain demo is available on Steam. It covers roughly the opening hour and gives you a practical way to decide whether the combat and exploration suit you.

During that opening stretch:

  • Let the yellow Power Meter refill between attacks. Running drains it, which reduces your next melee hit’s strength.
  • Find and equip the Dagger Belt. Its throwing daggers recharge over time and give you a way to attack distant enemies.
  • Save manually at Crystal Monuments. There are no automatic checkpoints, and dying costs progress made since your last save.
  • Pay attention to landmarks. There is no map to guide you through the island.

Use the demo to judge the pace and controls. The full adventure expands substantially beyond those early encounters, including additional Wind Dashes that change how you move through the world.

PC Features and Launch Fixes

The minimum PC requirements include Windows 10, 4 GB RAM, and an NVIDIA GTX 760 or AMD RX 560. Compare those requirements with your hardware before purchasing.

The October 31 update, version 1.01.01, addresses several launch problems, including a Pit of Despair soft lock, freezes during weapon evolution, a stuck Executioner door, and a Mimic freeze. Install that update before starting a long session, and keep saving at Crystal Monuments as you progress.
